Can l make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes! You can make changes before production phase begins (12 hours after placing the order). This includes modifications to product specifications, quantities and other details. Just reach out to us at info@flawluxe.me with your requested changes, and we’ll ensure your flawluxe order is exactly how you want it.
Whsere is my tracking number?
Relax, flawluxe friend! Crafting your unqiue piece takes a dash of time – currently dancing between 3-12 business days due to our popularity. No need to send a carrier pigeon or smoke signals; just chillax. We’ll shoot you the tracking number as soon as your order does its grand exit from our creative workshop. Your patience is our virtue, and we guarantee the suspense will be worth it!
What are your typical shipping times?
Great question! We like to think of our shipping process as a slow dance – all orders are shipped with USPS, but we do need a little time to perfect the moves. With a processing time of 5-12 business days (hey, we’re creating masterpieces!), your order will then shimmy its way to you. For USA and Canada, expect delivery within 2-7 business days after the processing time is completed. Rest assured, your flawluxe treasure is on its way, and we haven’t forgotten about you!
